I have been seeing Bree for therapy for a couple years and to say she has helped me transform my life is an understatement. Bree is a true therapeutic partner, exploring thought patterns with me and challenging me to think in new ways. She helps me come to my own conclusions and always has a new skill to teach me so I can add it to my tool belt to deal with life’s challenges. I can’t recommend Bree enough!
Secrets over coffee
A session with Bree Allmon is like sharing secrets over coffee with your best girlfriend. Immediately, her sunniness and her ease filled me with the confidence of being safe and being heard. Bree has taught me little tricks and strategies that have helped me navigate my world and shift my point of view. She always knows when I’m struggling and offers kindness along with gentle butt-kickings. Every week, I look forward to my time with Bree. I don’t know what I would do without her!
Special needs mom
As a special needs mom, Bree came along at a time I most needed to help me walk this very challenging, difficult path with my son. So much of my life can feel unbearable at times, yet Bree has made it feel more bearable through her consistent attunement, care and collaboration to help me forge a path forward unique to me. Her unwavering presence in sitting through hard things, her ability to offer wise perspectives and her realness are what draw me back time and again. She carries a reverence for the human spirit that inspires my own view. She makes me feel deeply seen and heard. Bree is an incredibly capable therapist who offers me possibility and meaning at every turn.
Clinician in training
Listen. Bree Allmon is that bitch. She's the calm in the chaos and the mirror you didn’t know you needed. Working with Bree as my mentor and trainer is straight-up emotional CrossFit! No machines, just truth and transformation. She’ll stretch you, strengthen you, and call you out (lovingly) when you're not bringin’ your A-game. Bree doesn’t do sugarcoating, and she sure as hell doesn’t preach. She shows up real, raw, and fully human and somehow makes everyone around her stand a little taller, get a little braver and laugh a little more fully. Bree’s training sessions just hit different. You show up thinking it’s another professional development thing, and the next thing you know, your soul’s been cracked open and tuned up. Bree doesn’t just teach; she drops truth bombs. She's got wisdom without the woo-woo, grit without the grind, and compassion with a razor-sharp edge. Bree’s that rare mix of heart, honesty, and straight-up badass energy that makes you want to boss up and get your life together. So yeah. Bree Allmon is that bitch!! The mentor who makes you better, the trainer who makes you think, and the human who makes you believe healing can actually be fierce.
Feeling grounded
I’ve been working with Bree for about three years now, and she’s truly something special. She brings such warmth and steadiness to every session, helping you see yourself through a lens of compassion rather than criticism. Each session feels like a blend of deep reflection and genuine connection. It’s never stiff or clinical — it’s honest, comforting, and real. Bree meets you exactly where you are and somehow guides you toward growth without ever making you feel judged. Over time, she’s helped me uncover patterns, build confidence, and find a sense of peace in both my personal and professional life. I walk away from every session feeling grounded — and a little more like myself again. She’s insightful, kind, and has this unique ability to balance humor with truth in a way that makes even the hard stuff feel manageable. Working with Bree isn’t just therapy — it’s a reset for your mind and your soul. If I could give her more than five stars, I absolutely would.
A compass
Finding a new therapist is always a stressful experience, and I’m so glad to have been referred to Bree. We started our visits at a time when I really needed a compass. Bree gently but confidently picked me up and helped me determine which direction to head. We have continued the journey over the past 3 years, visiting with each other every few weeks. Her knowledge, listening and communication skills, and ability to recommend different tools and coping strategies make her so effective in helping people of all different walks of life. Bree is strong, adaptable, gentle, kind, compassionate, and empathetic. I’m so glad to have her in my life.
